COVID-19 (Social Distancing)

To all our customers present and future, please find the following information regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).

As always, the safety of our customers and staff remain our highest priority. We have decided to maintain an operational status and implement immediate safeguarding procedures as follows:

Please don’t panic! The very nature of climbing trees for a living means that we have very little human interaction and can fully operate at normal capacity.

We will be maintaining a zero-interaction policy whilst we carry out any works. This means that unfortunately, we will currently be turning down all offers of drinks and biscuits and (the occasional and usually very welcome!) offer of bacon butties!

Any site visits either prior (to provide a quote) or on the day of works, we will be ensuring that we maintain a 2m distance between customer and staff members to ensure we follow preventative measures advised by the government.

We will not be shaking hands as an added precaution.

Please be confident that should the government change its guidance, we will follow this fully to ensure we are complying with best practice to help stop the spreading of this virus. We are confident that by following the guidance that has been provided by the government and medical advisors, that we can continue to operate using social distancing.

Should any of our staff become infected, then we as a business, will immediately close, inform our customers and reschedule works for when its safe to do so.

Together we can beat this!
